UMtoons grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our web utilities for personal, educational, or commercial workflows. You agree that you will not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass rate limiters, or execute automated DDoS attacks against our servers.
• Process documents that infringe upon third-party copyrights, patents, trademarks, or proprietary rights.

2. Ownership & User Content Rights

You retain 100% full ownership, intellectual property rights, and copyright to all files, text snippets, images, or documents you process on UMtoons. We do not claim any ownership over your materials, and we do not use your inputs to train artificial intelligence models or resell your documents.

3. Service Availability & "As-Is" Provision

Our utilities are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% conversion fidelity and 99.9% uptime, we make no guarantees that tool outputs will be completely error-free or that service will be uninterrupted.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall UMtoons, its developer Muhammad Usman, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from document loss, data corruption, calculation inaccuracies, or business downtime arising out of the use of our services.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
