Your input strings, credentials, or file snippets are never transmitted over the internet to our servers.

2. Ephemeral Server-Side File Processing & Auto-Deletion

For tools requiring server-level processing (such as complex PDF merges, OCR document extractions, file conversions, and media transcoders):

• Encrypted In-Transit: All data is transmitted securely over TLS 1.3 encrypted HTTPS tunnels.
• Isolated Ephemeral Storage: Uploaded files are processed in sandboxed, temporary directories in server memory.
• Immediate & Automated Purge: Uploaded files and converted deliverables are permanently deleted immediately upon completion or wiped automatically within a maximum window of 60 minutes. We do not inspect, catalog, or archive user files.

3. Log Files & Server Telemetry

Like all standard web services, UMtoons uses standard automated server logs to maintain uptime, prevent denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, and debug application errors. These logs include IP addresses, browser types, Internet Service Providers (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform timestamps, and request methods. These logs contain no personally identifiable information (PII) and are routinely cycled and purged.

4. Cookies & Third-Party Advertising (Google AdSense)
